In almost all of the healings I perform I can't help but notice the pain we put ourselves through. How much we criticize and "crucify" ourselves for our failings, for what we have or have not done. I see first-hand what these beliefs, stories and constant stream of "self berating" do to the physical body, to the spirit, to a persons gentle heart. How can we possibly find ourselves under the sludge of this practice? How are we meant to see the light in this cloak of darkness we fill our internal and sometimes external environment with? Would we speak to a newborn like this? would we speak to another person as cruelly as we speak to ourselves? Do you know that your cells have a consciousness and they are literally "listening" to everything you say and then they respond accordingly. Our bodies literally form the stories we tell ourselves and the stories we allow ourselves to be told. Think about that for a second........ Now what would you do differently with that knowledge? What could you do differently with that insight? What will you do differently with this wisdom? Step into your light. x Even after all this time
The sun never says to the earth, "You owe Me." Look what happens with A love like that, It lights the Whole Sky. Hafiz Add each Chakra as it's own Torus connecting to the whole and you'll understand that this is how I perceive the human energy field. This is a great visual of what I actually see when I am working with energy fields- It's very beautiful, very powerful, VERY awe inspiring and very humbling!! Now imagine learning how to harness that energy and use it for the greater good to really open the doors to your highest potential. Feeling very happy to be able to share this work with people from all over - Preparing for the northern leg of my spiritual healing tour- I'll be seeing clients in Morningside, Brisbane first week of July. Cloncurry, North Queensland from 6 July. And possibly Darwin, Northern Territory from 14 July. For more information or to book ahead please contact me via the "contact" page here Hope to see you there. :-) Ashok is a professor of philosophy at Haverford College, founder and Director of the Global Dialogue Institute, founder of the Logos Institute, and co-convener of the World Commission on Global Consciousness and Spirituality.
His work merges Eastern and Western philosophy into one of universal reason, taking humanity beyond duality and into a unified philosophy. He is the author of several books, including Meditative Reason: Toward Universal Grammar, and Between Worlds: the Emergence of Global Reason. Child I am here. Love yourself and allow yourself the softness and the vulnerability to process and express all that is.
I'm here, quietly giving you space, I'm allowing you the freedom of expression and I am here always loving you, comforting you, seeing you, supporting you and guiding you. I am here always. > I feel so empty why am I feeling like this why does it feel so hard to be here like this? Because you have momentarily forgotten yourself. You have allowed outside pressures to dictate how you are to be. You have covered your soul in fear and you sit at the fountain of self-doubt.... I ask you child to now shrug your shoulders, that's right shrug physically, that's it, shrug off that old energy. That was then and this is now. When you shrug you're automatically shifting the energy of your heart, you're casting off the burdens you carry. You're releasing the load. Feel the difference when you breathe. Now stretch your arms out and straighten your back. Let your head fall back, let your mouth fall open gently and let goooooooooooooo................. Now breathe. Now remember. Remember who you are.... As your back straightens you open your soul vibration, you reconfigure your own Divine matrix- and in this place nothing is wrong. Nothing. Nothing is wrong Breathe, relax and allow that peace to settle into every cell of your being. Nothing is wrong. >Thank you Jacinta Makim and Malachiete.
I would like to add For every 22 kg of body weight drink 1 Litre of pure clean, flouride free water. Give yourself 15 minutes of unadulterated sunlight everyday. Drink a fresh organic if possible vegetable juice (can have a little fruit to sweeten) at least once a week. Streeeeetch! Give your body the freedom to stretch out any tired, tense aching muscles. Ask yourself when faced with a decision, "What would my Angels do?" or "What is right for me right now?" You may be surprised by the results. Pamper yourself occasionally, allow yourself that massage, hairdo, shopping spree, time out, retreat. Feed your body, mind and soul by giving to yourself- that healing, reading, doing that course that makes no sense to anyone but you, taking that class or going on that trip. Use your voice and body, sing and dance when noone is watching OR when they are. Test your intuition- Ask yourself the questions, notice the signs and act on the answers that FEEL right in your heart. Create your own "divine language" - when I see this object/number/ thing I will know I am on the right track for my highest good. And then notice the signs. Have a BIG sketch pad and crayons or pencils handy and just scribble and doodle and draw and colour and write and play with what is in your creative fields whenever you want to- again you may be surprised what shows up, or what doesn't. Again write the questions on the paper and then just doodle and scribble and write and see what happens. GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK! We are perfect in the Eyes of God, but not in all human eyes, so relax and know we are human and sometimes humans make mistakes. Believe in something greater than yourself. Know that you are loved, and taken care of and it will all work out. .Michael Buble sang that and I have it as my alarm clock in the morning, actually it goes; "It's a new dawn It's a new day It's a new life HA! (love that bit) It's a new dawn It's a new day It's a new life It's a new life For me And I'm feeling good" And I'm feeling good and yes, it really does make a difference to start your day off on a positive note. Take it from me, I am not a "morning person" I am not one to bounce out of bed.. however, that alarm reminds that it is indeed a new dawn, new day and new life as the one I knew yesterday has gone and is never coming back. So those few lines remind me that the ball is in my court.. What am I going to create today? How are YOU going to create YOUR day? After a while you learn the subtle difference between holding a hand and chaining a soul. You learn that love doesn’t mean leaning and company doesn’t mean security. You begin to learn that kisses aren’t contracts and presents aren’t promises. You begin to accept your defeats with your head up and your eyes open with the grace of a woman, not the grief of a child. You learn to build all your roads on today, because tomorrow’s ground is too uncertain for plans, and futures have a way of falling down in mid-flight. After a while you learn that even sunshine burns if you get too much. So you plant your own garden and decorate your own soul, instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers. You learn that you really can endure, that you really are strong, and you really do have worth. You learn and learn, with every goodbye you learn. I'm not sure who said this first, I know Muhammad Ali was defintely one of them, a man I little know of ,apart from the fact that his self belief is outstanding! And that my friends, is what "removing the pebbles from our shoes", is ALL about. :-)

AuthorHmmm.... My favourite animal as a child was the Giraffe- I loved their gracefulness and beauty in their individuality and how their heads are in the clouds yet their feet are firmly on the ground- So you could say that's a little like me, practical yet not afraid to dream and be creative.
